Domestic Shipping (Within the US)
- Free delivery is available for all domestic orders within the United States, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and central mountainous regions.
- Standard delivery time for domestic orders is 7-10 business days.
- Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
International Shipping
- Free international shipping is available for orders over $100.
- For orders under $100, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
- The estimated delivery time for international orders is 10-14 business days.
- Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Portio is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Portio will not held responsible for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:
- 1-2 days handling shipping time
- No access/reception for carrier to delivery your order at your address.
- Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions including but not limited to refusing to pay for duties and taxes, refusing to receive, changing the address after the order is shipped, entering wrong address or wrong contact information, etc.
- Delay due to force majeure, which is including but not limited to unforeseen or inevitable weather reasons and natural disasters, communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes.
- Shipments which are confiscated for violations of local laws and regulations.
