1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Orders must be made on portio.shop. If you place the order from another platform, please contact their customer service for further assistance.
  • All items must be in original condition with all original components. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund.
  • Return shipping charges may apply, and associated shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items must be undamaged and in their original package.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalized items

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. In your email, please include: invoice, order number, and delivery certificate.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.

If you need to exchange an item for the same item or a different one, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
